PROGRAMME: LONDON AND THE THAMES

Westminster Waltz, Handel’s Water Music, Eton Boating Song, Yeomen of the Guard Overture, Lambeth Walk, Boyce Symphony No. 1, Holst’s St. Paul’s Suite, Old Father Thames 

All Aboard as we embark upon a musical journey along London’s great river and enjoy music associated with the city’s iconic sites situated along her banks.

Your musical experience will be further enhanced by a compilation of historic film footage – collected by the London Film Museum and presented on the screen monitors 


This is an opportunity to compare the past with the present as you pass the impressive construction sites of the TIDEWAY project, which will ecologically preserve every aspect of the Thames for the benefit of future generations.
