The story is a magical realism, focussing on the unconditional love between siblings as the elder one begins their social transition. We've taken great care to consult with the UK transgender community in the writing and creation of the film, we're firm believers in the matra 'nothing about us, without us'.We have a fantastically insightful, articulate and personal interview with our lead actor about trans representation in film, and would love for you to share it. Cameron (our actor) is a fantastic role model for young people (both trans and cis) and is at the beginning of what will inevitably be a hugely successful career. He Has fantastic insights into transphobia in 2018, the importance of casting trans actors in trans roles, and generally on trans representation on screen.So far we've had Mermaids UK and Arcadia Doncaster LGBT share the video as well as several other transgender organisations.
