After this all participants have the opportunity, not compulsory, to say a few words, if they choose to do so, 2 minutes maximum each but most fit this within 30 seconds like "Hi, I am J-F and get people together, chat with me afterward if your need help with PR, Marketing or Events".
While we meet on line, you may just want to listen to others and be comforted in the knowledge that #youarenotalone
A few guidelines to respect:
  • switch off your camera and microphone when you eat, wash your hand etc..
  • respect the opinion and or fear of others
  • arrive in the meeting in due time.
The room is opened half an hour before the meeting start, please join during this time: try the link to connect, check that your name is correct, if not please change it. If you have trouble, contact me during this half an hour. When the meeting is in progress my attention turns to the meeting and those present, I then disconnect from social media, emails, text and calls.
