Dear all,
Thank you so much for joining us at the Gay
Professional Network reception at the House of Lords. It was a pleasure to
welcome you and to share such a special evening together.
I would like to extend our particular thanks
to Lord
Scriven for his generosity in hosting us, for his inspiring
words, and for the fascinating tour of Parliament. His support, hospitality and
commitment helped make the evening such a memorable and enjoyable occasion for
everyone.
Your presence, alongside the many allies who
joined us this year, truly made the event meaningful. We are very grateful for
your continued support and for contributing to the strength, visibility and
spirit of our community.
I have requested the official photographs from
the evening and will circulate the link as soon as I receive it.
Kindly note that photographs taken inside the
rooms of the House of Lords are for private use only and must not be shared on
social media. However, images taken in St Stephen's Hall may be shared and
circulated.
I would also like to thank everyone for the
kindness, compassion and support shown when one of our guests became unwell
during the evening. I am delighted to report that he has now made a full
recovery and is safely back home.
Thank you once again for being part of this
memorable occasion and for helping to make the evening such a success. I look
forward to welcoming you again at future GPN events.
