 I am reaching out on behalf of Pride in Leadership - a UK group for LGBTQ+ people in leadership roles across all sectors and sizes of organisation to connect and support one another in shaping a more inclusive and supportive professional environment.

Pride in Leadership is currently running a survey to understand the barriers faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in professional environments in the UK, particularly relating to leadership opportunities and career development. Survey: the state of LGBTQIA+ equality in the UK

 Good afternoon,

I hope you are doing well.

I'm aware of your organisation and how you work to tackle homophobia and promote education.

I am reaching out to ask for your help.

I'm a PhD researcher at Keele University, and I'm conducting a research survey exploring various gatekeeper/stakeholder perspectives of LGBTQIA+ equality in the UK today (i.e. those involved in the running of your organisation/group, whether paid or unpaid).

The survey below will only take up to 30 minutes to complete and will greatly add to our understanding of the state of LGBTQIA+ equality in the UK, as these perspectives are often neglected when considering social change. I'm seeking to get a range of perspectives from organisations/LGBTQIA+ groups around the UK. Organisations, volunteers and staff (or any stakeholder) will be made anonymous through data preparation, and all identifiable data will be removed, with only pseudonyms provided to refer to responses.
