I am reaching out on behalf of Pride in Leadership - a UK group for LGBTQ+ people in leadership roles across all sectors and sizes of organisation to connect and support one another in shaping a more inclusive and supportive professional environment.
Pride in Leadership is currently running a survey to understand the barriers faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in professional environments in the UK, particularly relating to leadership opportunities and career development. I wanted to reach out to see if you would be happy to share the survey across the Queers in Food & Beverage socials or amongst your database, as we want to get as many perspectives of UK LGBTQ+ professionals across as many sectors as possible, to then inform policies and practices at all organisational levels.
