Hospitality Manager Degree Apprenticeship.

 Hi

My name is Sally and I work for University of Gloucestershire.

I hope you don’t mind me dropping into your inbox unannounced but I’m currently collaborating with businesses like yours to unlock the potential of their teams through our Hospitality Manager Degree Apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are 95%-100% funded, making them an incredibly cost-effective way to invest in the growth and success of your organisation.

Are you ready to future-proof your workforce? Degree Apprenticeships offer a powerful way to develop skilled employees who align with your business goals.

Here’s how they could benefit your organisation:

1. Attract Top Talent
Hospitality Manager Degree apprenticeships appeal to ambitious individuals seeking real-world experience and education. By offering these opportunities, you’ll attract motivated candidates eager to grow within your business.

2. Develop Industry-Specific Skills
This programme has been designed to meet the growing need for hospitality staff in the UK, who are equipped with the necessary specialist and transferable managerial skills.

3. Boost Retention and Loyalty
Investing in employees’ education and development fosters loyalty and engagement. Apprentices often become long-term, dedicated contributors to your company’s success.

4. Cost-Effective Talent Development
Leverage the apprenticeship levy and government funding to train apprentices, reducing recruitment costs and avoiding skills shortages. It's a smart investment in your organisation’s future.

5. Enhance Innovation and Productivity
Fresh perspectives from apprentices, combined with the latest academic knowledge, can drive innovation and improve operational efficiency.

Apprentices will graduate with a BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management, and they will also qualify for Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

Ready to transform your talent strategy?

I know you’re busy, so rather than take up more of your time now, I'd love to have a casual chat at a time that suits you so I can tell you more and answer any questions you might have.

Let me know if this would be of interest so we can get something in the diary.

Speak Soon,

Sally Conlon

Support local schools – Become a Governor

Support local schools – Become a Governor

Becoming a School Governor is a rewarding way to contribute to local education while developing valuable professional skills. At The David Ross Education Trust we are looking for volunteers to support our 36 schools in London, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

Being a Governor within a Multi Academy Trust is a unique opportunity that differs from traditional school governance. Rather than setting budgets and writing policies, governors play an important role in scrutinising and ensuring compliance within the schools. The commitment required is minimal - just five meetings per year during term time, with occasional optional review panels and school visits.

Why get involved?

·       Gain valuable Board experience to enhance your CV.

·       Network with professionals from diverse sectors, including education, finance, and HR.

·       Develop new skills and insights into governance, financial oversight, and educational strategies.

·       Make a meaningful impact on local schools and communities.

Want to know more?

If you would like to learn more, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Victoria Linthwaite (Executive Assistant and Governance Officer) at vlinthwaite@dret.co.uk.

Additional information and the application form can also be found on the David Ross Education Trust website.
