Government Funded Chartered Management Institute qualification

CharteredManagementInstituteFundedqualification

Hello,

At Skillwise we can access funding for your leaders and managers to become CMI (Chartered Managers Institute) accredited through Government funding. The programme is 95 percent funded, meaning that the 12 month development programme is just 250 pounds.

95% of the qualifications fees are covered by Government funding.

Our 12 month development programme will equip your people with the tools to lead by example, to bring out the best in others and change workplaces for the better.

We will provide the necessary knowledge and skills for your people to lead and manage with more efficiency and effectiveness.

They will be taught the underpinning knowledge and how to implement the knowledge in to the business in the following areas:

  • Leading people - Leadership styles and how to implement different approaches dependent on the situation
  • Managing people - How to manage different people (internal or external) effectively, the way they will respond best.
  • Communication -  Ensuring that people are communicated with in a way that they want to be, but more importantly, so that the communication has the desired impact that was intended.
  • Building relationships - How to build high performing teams internally and how to foster long lasting relationships externally.
  • Project management - Prioritising time and resources efficiently whilst managing and working towards the project goal.
  • Operational management - How to plan and to be more proactive rather than reactive. Many managers are accidental managers and technical experts in their field. Problem arises + managers solve = very busy managers. Management should be just that, not doing the jobs of those they are managing.
  • Awareness of self and others - How to be more self aware and understand the impact that behaviours have on others.
  • Decision making - How do people make decisions in the workplace? Are they based on facts and data and are they consistent across the organisation?

Research has shown that 50 percent of employees are more likely to leave their job because of ineffective management. It has often been said that employees leave their boss, not their business.

Qualifications and accreditation will give your team the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to become better leaders and managers. They will also give your team reward and direction whilst creating greater 'buy in' to the organisations direction.

Hi Jean-Francois

I’m thrilled to invite you to the Pride Celebration Private View for QUEER TODAY GONE TOMORROW: THE LOST AND LOVED VENUES OF GAY LONDON - Thursday 3rd July, 6–9pm at the wonderful Velorose Gallery, Barbican.

RSVP now at: recognition-art.com/privateview

If you can't make then, the show is running from 27th June-6th July 12-6pm. Full details at recognition-art.com/pride-exhibition-2025

This exhibition celebrates the venues that shaped London’s gay community — the iconic bars, clubs and spaces where queer lives were forged, friendships made, and futures changed. It also honours those still standing, fighting on with pride in a city where closures continue to threaten queer spaces. Through symbolic and map-based artworks, I reimagine these places with love, defiance and remembrance.

The show is part of the London Festival of Architecture and proudly supports Switchboard and their Every Conversation Counts 2025 Pride campaign.

I’d love to see you at the Private View – a joyful evening of art, community and Pride. Feel free to bring a friend, but do RSVP via the link above so we can plan ahead.

Happy Pride!
